"A Church that doesn't provoke any crisis, a gospel that doesn't unsettle, a word of God that doesn't get under anyone's skin, a word of God that doesn't touch the real sin of society in which it is being proclaimed, what gospel is that? WATCH DAN CHOI ON RACHEL MADDOW'S SHOW TONIGHT
It's courageous people like Lt. Dan Choi whom we need in our military, and in our society! God bless him for his courage in speaking out when he knew that by so doing he would forfeit the career that he eminently deserved and that he so desperately wished to continue.
He will be interviewed on Rachel Maddow's show tonight, an interview he is giving after being kicked out of the military for having the courage to value his integrity over and above the malicious DADT policy that Pres. Obama doesn't seem eager to see repealed.

Jerry,
Did you see that Congressman Rachel Maddow had on with Dan Choi, the one who was against Obama halting DADT discharges with an executive order? I wanted to smack him! Mr. Choi was too diplomatic to tell this clown what he was obviously thinking.
Hi Don Charles: Yes, I did see it! He's a typical "liberal" who probably is lukewarm about DADT, or even against repealing it but didn't appear to want to be so.
As Commander-in-Chief, I see no reason why Obama couldn't do away with DADT with a simple memo to all branches of the military via the Joint Chiefs of Staff. This is not rocket science, and one can only conclude that Obama really doesn't want to do away with it at this time.
Pres. Truman had a sign on his desk that read, "The buck stops here." Obama doesn't seem to have the character of Harry Truman because, ultimately, when it comes to repealing DADT, the buck stops with Obama.
